Meet the Team at Yeovil Audi: Holly, Centre Host

At Yeovil Audi, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and few people embody this more than Holly, our dedicated Centre Host. Holly joined the team in September 2022, and over the past three years, she has become a familiar and welcoming face for every customer visiting our showroom.

A Day in the Life at Yeovil Audi

As Centre Host, Holly ensures that every customer feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. Her role involves answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. “Every day is different here,” Holly explains. “It’s all about good communication, listening, and making sure everyone is happy.”

Supportive Team and Friendly Environment

Holly highlights the supportive and friendly culture at Yeovil Audi. “Dylan, our Head of Business, is always checking in to make sure I’m okay during busy days. And colleagues like James and Sarah are always there to help. Everyone here is really supportive, it’s calm, friendly, and a great place to work.”

From Spa Therapy to Audi Expertise

Before joining Yeovil Audi, Holly worked in a spa as a therapist and later reception. Transitioning to the automotive world was a natural step for someone passionate about customer service. “At a spa, you listen to people’s needs, and here it’s similar, but with cars! Helping customers solve problems with their vehicles is really rewarding.”

A Passion for Audi

Holly’s journey with Audi started with her very first Audi A1, purchased from Yeovil Audi. Inspired by the Audi showroom in Yeovil and her love for the brand, she applied for the Centre Host role and was selected from over 300 applicants. Today, she drives a white Audi TT Black Edition and admires models like the Audi RS Q3 for their sporty performance and design.

Balancing Work and Life

Outside Yeovil Audi, Holly is passionate about fitness and the gym, maintaining a healthy routine and balancing her professional and personal life. Her dedication, positivity, and enthusiasm make her an integral part of the Yeovil Audi team.

As Holly celebrates her third year with Yeovil Audi, she looks forward to continuing to deliver outstanding customer service and being part of a team that makes the dealership such a welcoming place for Audi enthusiasts.

This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and Volkswagen Financial Services UK may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.

At the end of the agreement there are three options: i) retain the vehicle: pay the optional final payment to own the vehicle; ii) return the vehicle; or iii) replace: part exchange the vehicle, finance subject to status.
